At Jon Hart Design, we take pride in our handcrafted quality; if you are not completely satisfied with your non-personalized purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all custom-monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached and verify that the product does not feature any custom hot-stamped monograms.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible and affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to the outside of the package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
